organizes a public auction, with ascending call price, for the individual sale of the assets listed in this notice.

The first auction will take place on 08.04.2026 at 15:00 at the headquarters of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L., 115 Septimiu Albini St., Cluj-Napoca, Cluj County. In case of non-award, the auction will be repeated on 15.04.2026, 22.04.2026, 29.04.2026, 06.05.2026, and 13.05.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For asset viewing, the judicial liquidator will set a viewing day on 06.04.2026 between 09:00-12:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator at 0763 478 619 to express their intention to participate prior to the scheduled date.

During the organization of auction sessions, the judicial liquidator will arrange additional viewing days, which will be communicated to interested parties.

In case of award, the judicial liquidator will issue an invoice for the value of the awarded assets. The conversion of the price into RON will be carried out on the invoice issuance date, using the exchange rate established by the National Bank of Romania for that day.
The auction step is 5% of the starting price.

The terms and conditions for participating in the auction will be drafted by the judicial liquidator in accordance with standard practices, will include the auction participation rules, and will be available for purchase from the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 RON + VAT for assets up to 5,000 euros and 1,000 RON + VAT for assets over 5,000 euros. The terms and conditions can be acquired at the liquidator’s office or by phone, and will be sent to the participant via e-mail.

The participation guarantee will be 10% of the starting price. This, together with the auction enrollment documentation, must be submitted at least 24 hours before the auction date at the liquidator’s office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price for which the participant is declared the winner and will be refunded to those who were not declared winners.

In the case of equal prices, the winning bidder will be the person who commits to paying the full amount in the shortest time.

The payment term will be 5 business days from the time of award. If the remaining balance is not paid, the winning bidder will lose the advance paid as a guarantee and will not be able to participate in future auctions.
