High-performance deburring machine for simultaneous internal and external deburring of profiles and tubes in a single operation (approx. 3 seconds).

Powerful industrial gear-driven three-phase motor, frequency controlled, for stepless adjustment of required speed: 600 - 2,700 rpm. Suitable for deburring tubes and profiles with material dimensions (horizontal/vertical) up to 120 mm.

Easily adjustable worktable height (adjustable and lockable) to suit the material size. Adjustable, lockable infeed (slide) of the deburring brushes to the worktable via handwheel with locking function.

Drawer for dust residue.
Sheet steel housing prepared for connection to an external extraction system.

Folding housing covers for easy brush replacement.
