Semi-trailer tipper
Fine-grain steel welded construction, lightweight design, fifth wheel plate with replaceable double kingpin with hydraulic bracket for Horsch Trailer Lift.
Curved front end, hydraulic support legs, wheel chocks with holder, customized side underrun protection, foldable rear underrun protection, quarter mudguards in front of and behind the axle assembly, anti-spray mudflap only on the last axle, tarpaulin rod with mounting bracket, rear tow hook.

Axles & Suspension
SAF/BPW disc brake axles with 430 mm disc diameter, axles/chassis laser measured to reduce tire wear and fuel consumption, air suspension with retention cables, first axle auto-lift axle, including forced lowering and start-off aid.

Brake System
2-line air pressure brake system, spring-loaded parking brake, two non-interchangeable coupling heads at the front, no connecting line, EBS (Electronic Braking System) with EBS socket at the front, no connection cable.
Attention: The trailer may only be towed by towing vehicles that ensure the effectiveness of the ABS!

Hydraulics
Low-pressure cylinder max. 170 bar, with HDK screw coupling, fixed part, NW 48 mm (no hose connection), operated hydraulically via truck PTO, hydraulic connection with hose and HDK screw fitting NW = 48 mm with knurled nut. Automatic shutoff of the hydraulics for the lowerable side wall (front left) and the trailer lift arms from approx. 20 km/h. The trailer lift arms can be locked independently, allowing semi-trailer uncoupling only.

Body
Aluminum box body made of high-grade, abrasion-resistant material, front wall 5 mm thick with external cylinder mount. Side walls made from 30 mm hollow chamber profiles, cleanly welded, with aggregate-repellent top rail profile.
Side wall hydraulically lowerable on front left, approx. 7,800 mm length, can be lowered by approx. 600 mm.
Note! The sliding roof must be opened before lowering and roof bows parked.
Note! Only in conjunction with electrohydraulic package! Shovel and broom holder on outside of the front wall. Interior access on front wall.
