Key features of the device:

- The bottom of the kettle is made of AISI 316 stainless steel, which is recommended for acidic products.
- All other external structural components of the device are made of AI-SI304 stainless steel.
- Kettle tilting is motorized (up/down switch).
- Jacket pressure is controlled by a mechanical pressure valve (0.5 bar) and a pressure gauge.
- Water filling in the jacket is performed via an integrated tap.
- In the steam-heated version, the jacket is heated by supplying external technical steam. The amount of steam inside the jacket is regulated by automatic valves opening and closing its supply.
