Ficep RAPID HP 35 T Angle Processing Machine
The Ficep HP35T is the predecessor of the current Ficep RAPID series for processing angle steel.

The Ficep HP35T is a CNC-controlled system for machining angle profiles. These are powerful angle processing centers that are frequently used in structural steelwork. The angle steel is placed on a transport frame for material feed. A measuring carriage with a gripper automatically transfers the angle material to the various processing stations of the system according to the machining data entered in the CNC control. Once the manufacturing process is complete, the finished drilled, marked, and sawn part is taken over by the output roller conveyor and the deposit system.

Transport System
Reinforced roller conveyor for profiles up to 12 meters in length. A driven measuring carriage is located on the infeed table and transports the material at a maximum feed rate of up to 45 m/min. A rotary support system with cross-transfer racks in the loading area enables the feed of previously stored profiles into a staging position.
In the discharge area, a driven roller conveyor transports the finished profiles/angles up to a length of 12 meters. For unloading, a cross-transfer zone with 5 supports is used.

Drilling Units with Tool Changer
To process large angle profiles up to 350 mm with a wall thickness of 40 mm, this machine is equipped with 2 powerful drilling units (one unit per flange), each with a drill spindle drive of 19 kW and a stepless adjustable spindle speed of 180 - 3500 revolutions per minute. These drilling capacities are ideal for the use of modern carbide drilling tools. The drill tools are clamped in HSK-A80 holders, and a tool changer with 3 tool positions enables rapid tool changes on each drilling unit.

MKT38N Marking Unit
A marking unit with 38 marking tools allows marking of one flange of the angle profile.
Characters sized 16x8 mm are hydraulically embossed, enabling easy identification of the components after galvanizing.

Precision Circular Saw
The powerful circular saw is designed for 90° cuts. A vertical clamping system ensures the material is securely held during the high-speed cut. Material dimensions range from 60 x 60 x 6 mm up to 350 x 350 x 40 mm. The 18 kW saw drive with a 560 mm circular saw blade provides very high cutting performance. The sawing speed is 80 - 180 m/min.
