Opis
FICEP Flex FRC 1201 Notching System
The Ficep FRC 1201 notching and cutting system is part of the modern Ficep Flex series of notching machines.
This advanced CNC-controlled notching and cutting system is designed for the fast thermal cutting and notching of H, U, L profiles, flat bars, and square tubes. The steel profile is positioned precisely at the cutting location within the system by a pulling clamping measuring carriage via the roller conveyor. A robotic arm equipped with cutting units (oxy-fuel or plasma) cuts the profiles at the selected positions. The cut or notched finished components either fall into the collection tray or are pushed out of the system by the measuring arm.
Thermal Cutting Units:
The Ficep profile beam notching system Flex FRC 1201 is equipped for thermal cutting using both oxy-fuel and/or plasma technology. As the plasma power source, a Hypertherm HYPERFORMANCE PLASMA HPR 260 XD suitable for material thicknesses up to 32 mm is used. Thicker materials or bevel cuts greater than 32 mm are processed with the oxy-fuel cutting unit.
Transport System:
On the infeed side before the Ficep Flex FRC notching system, there is a chain drag cross transporter with a length of 11,150 mm. The profiles (workpieces) can be conveyed in both directions. Subsequently, the profiles are transported into the machine on a robust roller conveyor using a clamping measuring carriage. The system is designed for profiles up to 12 m in length and thus features 12 m roller conveyors with a conveyor width of 1,300 mm on both the infeed and outfeed sides. For the removal of finished components on the outfeed side, there are four chain drag cross transporters, each with a length of 6,450 mm, following the notching system.
Mitrol CNC Control and Pegaso Software:
The system is operated via a modern CNC control unit from Mitrol. The reliable CNC controller is manufactured by Ficep’s own supplier Mitrol and features Pegaso software, including remote maintenance capability and data transfer interface.
Torit DCE Filter Unit

The extraction filter unit for dust removal is supplied by Donaldson Torit DCE.
