The MAESTRIA60 tempering and enrobing machine is designed for tempering and enrobing all types of chocolate. Thanks to its compact dimensions, the MAESTRIA60 is particularly suitable for versatile use in confined spaces.
Pgsdpsw Ta Imjfx Agpow
A continuous tempering process using a screw and integrated cooling unit ensures that the chocolate is always ready-to-use at the correct temperature. The machine is equipped with a heated dosing device, controlled by a pneumatic three-way valve, enabling direct dosing of bars, pralines, and other products into molds.
With the appropriate enrobing attachment, all types of confectionery products can be (partially or fully) coated.
