Opis

Robotic palletising system for KEG barrels – for both palletising and depalletising operations.

Performance: Up to 120 cycles per hour for palletising and depalletising. These systems have been operating successfully for several years. Our KEG gripper can handle KEGs from 300-450 mm (adjustable), including disposable barrels.

The system features a safety enclosure and access control with a light curtain. Control is via Siemens S7 PLC with TIA Portal.

Required footprint: approx. 4500 x 3500 mm. Optional add-ons available: inline KEG scale, pallet labeller, and automatic cap placement. We are happy to integrate your existing components into our system. We offer full expertise!
