HYDRAULIC CLAMP FOR EDGE GLUING OF WOODEN ELEMENTS HSKG
Category: VI – Hydraulic presses for gluing wooden elements
The HSKG device is used for edge gluing wooden cut elements under high pressure from hydraulic cylinders. The clamping force per cylinder ranges from 5-11kN (horizontal) and 25-55kN (vertical). The gluing of elements is performed in a stack within the loading area dimensions. Stack formation is achieved by hydraulic pressing between movable vertical beams and the vertical slats of the cross cylinders. Both elements of the stack forming system are equipped with wooden or metal inserts matching the stack profile of the slats.
