The SPEED BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a broad selection of press forces ranging from 40 to 1,500 tons to suit your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be configured as a tandem machine, providing high flexibility in bending lengths. It is equipped with numerous features to ensure easy and safe operation. The robust machine design, combined with precise CNC control, guarantees reliable and long-lasting performance. Additionally, the machine offers a wide variety of upgrade and equipment options, allowing customization to your needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphical control enables convenient operation via touchscreen and offers a comprehensive safety package. The machine is operated easily via an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left-side swinging arm. Bending operations are initiated using a foot switch. In addition to this safety feature, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light curtain. Press force, bending tolerance, crowning, embossing force, and tool safety zones are automatically calculated via the CNC control system.
