The SPEED BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of press forces from 40 to 1,500 tonnes to meet your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be configured as a tandem machine, providing great flexibility for bending lengths. The machine features numerous functions that ensure simple and safe operation. The robust machine design combined with precise CNC control ensures long-lasting and reliable performance. Additionally, the machine offers a variety of expansion and equipment options to tailor it to your specific needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphic control enables convenient operation via touchscreens and offers a comprehensive safety package. The machine can be easily controlled via an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left-hand swing arm. Bending operations are initiated via a foot switch. As an additional safety measure, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear safety light curtain. Via the CNC control of the press brake, press force, bending tolerance, crowning, coining force, and tool safety zones are automatically calculated.
