The SPEED BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of press forces from 40 to 1,500 tons to meet your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be expanded as a tandem machine, providing great flexibility for bending lengths. It features numerous functions that ensure simple and safe operation. The robust machine design combined with precise CNC control guarantees durable and reliable performance. In addition, the machine offers a wide variety of extension and configuration options to individually adapt it to your needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphical control allows for convenient operation via touchscreens and includes a comprehensive safety package. The machine is easily operated via an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swivel arm. Bending operations are initiated by actuating a foot switch. In addition to this safety feature, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light barrier. The CNC control of the press brake automatically calculates press force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
