The POWER BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of press forces from 40 to 400 tons to meet your specific requirements. This CNC controlled press brake can also be configured as a tandem machine, giving you great flexibility in bending lengths. It features numerous functions that ensure easy and safe operation. The robust machine design combined with precise CNC control ensures durable and reliable performance. In addition, the machine provides a variety of expansion and configuration options to tailor it to your needs. The DELEM DA graphical CNC control allows convenient operation via touchscreen and offers a comprehensive safety package. The machine can be easily operated using an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swivel arm. Bending operations are initiated by actuating a foot switch. In addition to this safety measure, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light curtain. The CNC control automatically calculates press force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
