With this compact all-rounder, you can increase your productivity. The HGS hydraulic swing beam shear supports you in performing precise, fast, and cost-effective cuts in your daily workflow. The use of hydraulic hold-downs for sheet clamping and the support table with built-in ball rollers ensures ergonomic and efficient cutting for the operator. The CNC control enables the use of various sheet types already stored in the material library. After selecting the maximum thickness, the optimal cutting gap is set automatically via CNC control in an electro-hydraulic manner, but it can also be adjusted manually. The position and retract function of the motorized backgauge can be easily set via touchscreen. In addition, the control system offers storage for cutting programs with cutting sequences.
