The hydraulic swing beam shear model HGS supports you with precise, fast, and cost-effective cutting operations in your daily workflow. Thanks to hydraulic hold-downs for clamping the material and the ball-roller equipped support table, ergonomic and efficient cutting is assured for your operator. The CNC control allows you to select from various sheet types pre-set in the material library. After selecting the maximum thickness, the optimal cutting gap is automatically set electro-hydraulically via CNC control, but can also be adjusted manually. The position and retract functions of the powered backgauge can easily be set via the touchscreen. In addition, the control features a memory for cutting programmes with cutting sequences.
