ERBA EVP-RA 550

The EVP-RA 550 vibratory finishing machine from ERBA features an inclined process channel bottom with integrated separation. It is equipped with an easily exchangeable screening unit and delivers high operational efficiency thanks to its integrated drop step. Unloading and separation are performed via the built-in flap (manual/pneumatic). Upon request, a reinforced suspension and a high-powered motor can be installed for increased workloads. Motor speed can be continuously adjusted using a frequency inverter (optional). The EVP-RA 550 can be linked with other machines thanks to its lateral discharge system. The system can also be equipped with a fully automatic PLC control (optional).

ERBA vibratory finishing systems are known for their reliability and longevity, which are based, among other things, on the hot-cast polyurethane lining of the process channel.
