Efficient and gentle removal of excess liquid instead of long draining times:

The pressure dewatering unit has been specially designed to efficiently remove excess liquid from canned vegetables as well as pickled or thawed vegetables. The machine is simple to operate and can be handled by a single person.

The product to be dewatered, such as canned mushrooms, pickled or thawed vegetables, is filled into the perforated crate. After starting the machine, a plate is lowered onto the product. By applying even pressure via this plate, the product is gently dewatered.

Efficient dewatering and minimal space requirements!

Simplified and accelerated processing of pickled, thawed, or canned vegetables, as lengthy draining times are eliminated by efficient and gentle pressing of the products. Due to its compact design, the machine has a small footprint and can be easily integrated into various production areas.
