Motor and Hydraulic System
The machine is equipped with a powerful electric motor and a connected high-pressure hydraulic pump unit. The electric motor continuously drives the hydraulic pump, ensuring a constant supply of pressurised oil throughout the system. This oil powers the clamping cylinder, the injection rams of both injection units, as well as the ejector system. The thick red hydraulic hoses behind unit B transport this high-pressure oil flow—both units are supplied via independent hydraulic circuits, allowing injection unit A and B to operate simultaneously without interfering with each other.

Operating Principle

Both independent injection units are arranged at a 90° angle to each other—in an L-shape. The mould is locked with a clamping force of 300 tons. Unit A injects the main material into the mould at 1834 bar. Immediately afterwards, unit B injects the second material or second colour into the same mould from a 90° angle at 1620 bar. Both materials bond together at a molecular level inside the mould, the cooling phase is completed, and the ejectors push out the finished 2K component. No gluing, screwing, or assembly is required—two materials are combined in a single cycle to form a single part.
