Emmegi Quadra L1

The QUADRA L1 consists of an automatic loading magazine and a gripper feed system for profile lengths of up to 7,500 mm. The feed system transports the profile bar to the machining unit, which is equipped with six spindle motors capable of performing drilling and milling operations all around the profile. The sawing module features three axes and is fitted with a saw blade with a diameter of 600 mm. The finished workpiece is transferred out of the machining area onto the unloading table by means of a discharge unit, where it is conveyed to the pick-up position via powered belts. The machining area is fully enclosed and can optionally be equipped with sound-absorbing mats.

The automatic loading magazine has a maximum capacity of 15 profiles with a width of 100 mm. Profiles are transported to the gripper position via belt conveyor.

Automatic 3-axis CNC feed unit. Based on profile data, the unit positions itself at the pick-up point according to profile length and cross-section in order to feed the bar into the machining process.

The gripper clamps the profile bar at a predefined position according to the drawing.

The 600 mm saw blade, thanks to its three-axis movement capability, covers a large cutting range.

Our price is quoted net, plus the applicable VAT. Transport is not included, but we can provide loading onto a customer’s truck by prior arrangement.
