Illuminated discharge zone for quality control.
3 washing zones, each with its own water tank:
- First tank for brush set no. 1 is electrically heated and filled with water and detergent.
- Second tank for brush set no. 2 contains cold water for rinsing.
- Third tank is for washing zone 3, equipped with spray nozzles for final rinse with pure water.

Afterwards, a drying zone follows, utilizing air jets supplied by a fan.
The machine is designed for glass heights up to 1600 mm, but is open at the top to allow even taller glass panels to pass through.
Glass thickness: up to 20 mm max.
Entry zone length: 1400 mm, machine body length: 1820 mm, discharge zone length: 2000 mm.
Automatic stop of feed rollers when the glass reaches the end of the discharge zone.

Operating manual, spare parts list, and electrical diagram are available.
The machine has been regularly serviced and is ready for use; it will be dismantled in week 31/32 of 2025.
