The following work was carried out as part of the machine’s overhaul in 2023:
-The machine was completely disassembled, cleaned, and repainted
-The main spindle was newly mounted
-The guides and guide shoes on X and Z axes were replaced
-The ball screw spindle on the X and Z axes was replaced
-New unit for central lubrication with new hoses
-The hydraulic unit was checked and serviced. The drive coupling between motor and pump was replaced
-The cooling unit was checked and serviced: Temperature differential controller was replaced
-The clamping cylinder was re-bedded and re-sealed
-The gearbox on the A-axis was newly mounted, and the coupling between motor and gearbox was replaced

-Electrical cabinet was cleaned
-Operator panel was replaced
-New monitor
-New internal lighting
-Turret was disassembled, wear parts checked, cleaned, and re-sealed
-Turret encoder and encoder wheel cleaned
-Linear measuring systems in X and Z axes disassembled and cleaned
-Springs at the pick-up station replaced
-Motors for X and Z axes checked for bearing damage
-Windows on work door replaced
-Chip conveyor completely disassembled, newly mounted, cleaned, and repainted
-Of course, various small parts were also replaced on the machine
