Description
The self-aligning rollers of the D-TLRS series automatically adjust to various workpiece diameters. All four axes of the drive unit are motorized, ensuring smooth rotation and even weight distribution to prevent workpiece deformation. This turning device is particularly suitable for workpieces with thin walls. Thanks to their PU-coated rollers, D-TLRS vessel rotators are suitable for delicate components, such as stainless steel tanks. However, they should only be used for components that do not exceed a temperature of 90°C. For hotter components, we recommend our D-HGZ series with rubber wheels (similar design to the D-TLRS series).
