Spiral Kneader Diosna SPV 160 AF with two removable stainless steel bowls for up to approx. 160 kg dough or 125 kg flour, year of manufacture approx. 2010, used, in very good condition both technically and visually, tested and cleaned. Comes with factory-fitted hydraulic clamp lock for the bowl trolley and a plastic bowl wall scraper. The control panel with plain-text display and program memory has already been replaced once; the machine is fully operational. Perfectly suited for small and medium-sized bakeries.
