Single-head stone polishing machine SHAMP-3200, automatic polisher, is a professional-grade machine designed for polishing, grinding, brushing stone surfaces, as well as thickness calibration using diamond wagons. The monoblock construction eliminates the need for additional costs such as pouring foundations under the worktable. Another advantage is the ability to relocate the machine at any time and the ease of installation. The bridge-type single-head stone polisher is user-friendly and allows for quick, efficient polishing of most stone surfaces. The support traverses on an oil-immersed linear guideway, providing a long service life, high machining accuracy, and advanced control system.

The machine is equipped with a PLC controller and high-quality components: Xinje touch screen, Zhengtai contactor, Schneider power supply, Omron relay, and Omron proximity sensor.

The SHAMP-3200 automatic polisher can process stone from 10-120 mm thick. The grinder head allows for mounting 6 polishing wagons. Pneumatic pressure requires 0.6 m³ of air. Z-axis travel is 110 mm. Limit switches are set manually.
The machine features a tilting worktable up to 85° (hydraulic lifting), significantly facilitating stone loading in machines of this type. This enables easy and precise positioning of the stone for grinding.
The machine uses separate inverters to control the feed speed on the X and Y axes. Their power is precisely matched, allowing accurate control of feed speed, which is especially beneficial for stone processing machines of this kind.
