Depending on the silicon content of the concrete mix, SEMIX concrete mixers utilize NiHard4 or Hardox 450 wear parts. All SEMIX aggregate storage bins are trapezoidally shaped for additional stability. The robust steel construction ensures a long service life. Aggregates are weighed in the weighing conveyor, which then transfers the aggregates to the handover mechanism. SEMIX compact concrete batching plants offer a variety of aggregate transfer mechanisms. Even in compact batching plants, users can choose either a skip hoist mechanism or a transfer conveyor for aggregate transfer.
