The SEMIX Compact 60 fits into two containers and can be fully assembled within three days.

The SEMIX Compact 60 is equipped with concrete mixers with a capacity of 1500/1000 liters, available as either single-shaft or planetary mixers. Depending on the silicon content of the concrete mix, SEMIX concrete mixers utilize NiHard4 or Hardox 450 wear parts.

All SEMIX aggregate storage bins are trapezoidally shaped for additional stability. The robust steel construction ensures a long service life. Aggregates are weighed in the weighing conveyor, which then transfers the aggregates to the handover mechanism.

SEMIX compact concrete batching plants offer a variety of aggregate transfer mechanisms. Even in compact batching plants, users can choose either a skip hoist mechanism or a transfer conveyor for aggregate transfer.

All SEMIX concrete batching plants are controlled by a SCADA system with integrated Schneider PLC. Users can track all utilized materials and integrate their CRM system. For service purposes, the SEMIX engineering team can access the automation system online.
