On this newer version of the FP4, the feed can be continuously adjusted in all three axes, and each axis is equipped with rapid traverse. A significant advantage is the active 3-axis Heidenhain digital readout, allowing input of dimensions for the machine to move to automatically. Oil has been changed, and the machine has been mechanically and electrically tested. The Heidenhain digital readout makes work easier and even more precise.
