General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are designed with a double-acting operation principle to ensure controlled material flow in sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and forming (spinning) applications. The H-frame with 8 slide guides guarantees maximum rigidity during pressing, maintaining parallelism and squareness tolerances consistently over the full stroke length.

The CHSP 300/100 model, with a main ram capacity of 300 tons and a blankholder (cushion) capacity of 100 tons, is engineered for high-tonnage deep drawing and forming operations. The frame construction is stress-relieved by vibration to provide long service life and reliable operation.
