General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic forming presses are engineered for heavy-duty deep drawing applications requiring very high tonnage, large table dimensions, and controlled blank holder pressure. With its 8-guide H-frame design, the press achieves maximum rigidity during the entire pressing operation, ensuring table and ram movements maintain parallelism and perpendicularity with consistent tolerances across the full stroke.

The CHSP 2000/600 model offers precise control and repeatability for large-scale dies and demanding deep drawing and forming processes, with a 2000-ton main ram and 600-ton blank holder capacity. The welded steel frame is stress-relieved by vibration techniques, providing long-term reliability and durability under heavy industrial operation.
