General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are developed with a double-acting working principle to provide controlled material flow in sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and spinning applications. Thanks to the 8-slideway H-frame structure, maximum rigidity is ensured throughout the pressing process and parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are consistently maintained along the stroke.

The CHSP 100/40 model is designed for precise deep drawing and spinning operations with a main ram capacity of 100 tons and a cushion (pot) capacity of 40 tons. The frame construction is stress-relieved by vibration to ensure long-lasting and reliable operation.
