Construction and technology:

The ZX7045 B1L drill-mill is designed as a compact yet fully industrial metal milling machine. The massive cast iron base and housing provide high rigidity. The cross table measures 1000 x 240 mm and features a precisely ground work surface, allowing accurate clamping of workpieces.

The MT4 standard spindle allows for a wide range of tooling – such as end mills, face milling cutters, and taper shank drills. The 1.8 kW (2.5 HP) motor, powered by 400 V, ensures stable operation, even with larger milling diameters.

Precision and working efficiency:

Thanks to X/Y/Z travels of 560/190/430 mm, the machine covers a broad scope of operations: drilling up to 32 mm in steel and 45 mm in cast iron, face milling up to 80 mm, and end milling up to 28 mm. The variable quill feed rates (0.12; 0.18; 0.25 mm/rev) allow precise adjustment to the work material and required finish quality.
