60 Ton Transport Roller Set – Heavy-Duty Industrial Solution for Moving Massive Loads

The 60-ton transport roller set is an industrial-grade tool designed for efficient and safe movement of massive objects such as production machinery, structural components, and industrial equipment. The set consists of transport platforms and steering bars, creating a system that enables precise maneuvering even under demanding operating conditions. Its construction meets the highest standards of strength and stability, making it an essential solution for industrial, logistics, and construction applications.

Main advantages of the 60-ton transport set
Working load capacity up to 60,000 kg – enables safe and controlled movement of extremely heavy equipment.
Heavy-duty steel construction – provides resistance to high loads, impacts, and intensive industrial operation.
30×65 mm transport rollers – made of wear-resistant material, leaving no marks on the surface and operating in a tracked roller system.
Anti-slip pads – increase friction between the load and the platform, preventing unwanted movement during transport.
Compact dimensions and low loading height (140 mm) – allow easy maneuvering in confined spaces and technical corridors.
Steering bar with ±90° turning angle – ensures precise guidance of the set even in areas with limited maneuvering space.
Construction and technology – optimized for extreme loads

The set has been designed with durability, safety, and ease of operation in mind. The main components are manufactured from thick steel profiles, providing long service life and resistance to bending and twisting under heavy loads. The transport rollers ensure low rolling resistance, while their precise mounting in the support system minimizes vibrations and guarantees smooth movement of the load.

Key components:
Transport platform – equipped with a Ø150 mm load-bearing surface and 30×65 mm rollers, ensuring optimal load distribution.
Steering bar (880 mm) – enables directional control and precise maneuvering of the load even in areas with limited operating space.
Connecting bar – 1000 mm long, allowing adjustment of the trolley spacing to match the width of the transported load.
Precise maneuvering and maximum transport safety

Thanks to precise manufacturing, the 60-ton transport set enables stable, smooth, and safe movement of even the most demanding loads. The anti-slip surface reduces the risk of load shifting, while the compact geometry of the set makes operation easier in confined spaces. The integrated steering system provides the operator with full control over every movement, even in conditions with limited visibility or difficult surfaces.
