Metal lathe TYTAN 750 VARIO, 230V with stepless spindle speed adjustment.

Machining parameters: 250 x 750 mm, DC motor: 1.1 kW / 230V. The lathe is designed for machining external and internal cylindrical surfaces, thread cutting, drilling, countersinking, and reaming. Typically used in small industrial plants, workshops, garages, etc.

- Modern DC motor with infinitely variable spindle speed control ensures user convenience and shortens calibration time.
- LCD display for spindle speed allows monitoring and quick adjustment during cutting and threading operations.
- Two spindle speed ranges: low (50-1125 rpm) for machining hard steels and high (100-2250 rpm) for precision turning at high speeds.
- Thread cutting capabilities: metric – 18 types (0.2-3.5mm), imperial – 21 types (8-56 TPI), with the ability to cut both right- and left-hand threads.
- Automatic longitudinal feed with 6 speed ranges (0.07 to 0.40 mm/rev) significantly reduces machining time without compromising the quality of long workpieces.
- The machine is fully compliant with EU directives (CE) and Polish as well as DIN standards.
