Cormak S200R Manual Bandsaw, designed for industrial use. This metal band saw offers high cutting accuracy, thanks to its robust cast iron rotary table synchronized with the pivoting saw arm. The band saw is ideal for large-scale industrial plants, capable of operating up to 16 hours per day. Mitre cutting possible from -45º left to 60º right.

Machine Features

CORMAK S-200 R MANUAL metal band saw, conforming to CE, enables straight cuts perpendicular to the material axis as well as mitre cuts at any angle between -45° and +60°. Material feed can be performed manually or using any feeding device.

Cutting feed is gravity-based, using controlled oil flow inside a double-chamber hydraulic cylinder. The descent speed of the arm is regulated by a valve adjusting oil flow between chambers. The operator starts the machine with the start button and sets the cutting speed. After completing the cut, the machine stops automatically and the arm is manually raised to the start position. Material feeding is manual.

The vice is mounted on an adjustable bed and features a quick-release clamping system. The blade guides are equipped with carbide tips and rolling bearings. The CARBIDE BLADE GUIDES ensure superior accuracy and straightness of cut. The arm features an automatic blade tension sensor and is tilted at a 25-degree angle to extend blade life. A brush is installed under the arm for optimal blade cleaning and performance.

The drive is transmitted through an oil-filled worm gearbox. The machine is powered by a three-phase motor with double windings, providing two cutting speeds.

Motor overload protection. The machine offers two band speeds: 35 and 70 m/min. Components such as the arm, vice, and rotary table are made from cast iron.

Closed-loop coolant system. The machine comes with a fence and scale for material length positioning. The robust base is a rigid steel cuboid housing the coolant reservoir and coolant pump.

Safety is ensured by an electrical system compliant with all CE standards. The machine is equipped with a limit switch that stops operation after cutting, an emergency stop button ("mushroom type"), and several microswitches that interrupt power when covers for the drive belt or the blade are opened.
