Additionally, the machine is equipped with a chip blower to remove swarf, ensuring clear visibility of the drilled hole. The machine arm features a quick-release holder, facilitating rapid and easy clamping of taps for both through and blind holes. The tapping head can be set vertically or horizontally within a 90° range, as well as right or left by 180°. Compared to traditional manual tapping, the machine offers greater precision and reliability while maintaining a right angle (90°).

The tapping machine's collet chucks are equipped with adjustable overload clutches. The package includes holders for DIN taps ranging from M6 to M36, providing a wide range of applications for various thread sizes. The torque settings are preset according to tap size standards but can be further adjusted using a special key, included in the kit.

Additionally, the machine features a manual mode that allows users to control the tapping process manually. There is also an option to program cyclic reverse tapping, which helps break swarf and maintain process efficiency.
