The electric tapping machine is a versatile device for thread forming, suitable for use in both large factories and small workshops. Its key advantage is the reduction in time required for tapping operations, making the entire process more efficient.

The tapping machine features a straightforward, compact design with a movable head, enhancing its versatility. The drive is based on a powerful servo motor, guaranteeing strong and reliable performance. For user convenience, the tapping arm is equipped with a touch control panel with an intuitive Polish-language menu. This panel allows easy programming of tapping parameters such as rotational speed, thread direction, and thread cutting depth.

Standard equipment includes a micro-lubrication system that effectively cools the tool with minimal lubricant consumption. Additionally, the device has a chip blower that removes swarf, providing clear visibility of the drilled hole. The tapping arm has a quick-change chuck, allowing for easy and fast mounting of taps in both through holes and blind holes. The tapping head can be set vertically or horizontally within a 90° range, and rotates left or right by 180°. Compared to traditional manual threading, this tapping machine offers higher precision and reliability while consistently maintaining a right angle (90°).

The machine’s collet chucks are fitted with adjustable overload clutches. The kit includes holders for DIN taps ranging from M6 to M30, ensuring broad application for various thread sizes. They are set to standard torque values for different tap sizes but can be adjusted with the special key included in the set.

Moreover, the machine features a manual mode, allowing users to control the tapping process manually. Programmable cyclic reverse is also available, which helps break chips and maintain process efficiency. These features provide increased flexibility and precision in tapping operations.
