Opis
The refrigeration compressed air dryer is designed to lower the temperature of compressed air and remove water and oil particles contained in the flowing air. Refrigeration dryers are essential in applications where humid air could cause corrosion, contamination, or damage to tools, machines, or finished products. By eliminating moisture, the dryer increases the reliability and longevity of compressed air systems.
The refrigeration dryer has been engineered for maximum efficiency and durability. Key construction features include:
1. Air-to-air heat exchanger
In the first stage, the incoming air passes through a heat exchanger where it is pre-cooled by the outgoing air leaving the evaporator. The use of counterflow maximises heat recovery and the overall energy efficiency of the system.
2. Refrigeration circuit evaporator
In the second stage, compressed air is routed through the evaporator, where it is cooled to the dew point temperature of 3°C. This results in condensation of water vapour and oil particles present in the air.
3. Condensate separator
After cooling, the gas-condensate mixture is directed to a high-efficiency separator, where condensate is separated and automatically discharged outside the unit.
4. Fan control system
Variable-speed fan technology enables intelligent adjustment of cooling intensity to match actual demand, reducing energy consumption and increasing component lifespan.
