The CORMAK 660 x 2000 (CJ6266YB/2000) universal lathe is a versatile machine that provides exceptional precision for low-speed turning of various materials. It is ideally suited for machining internal and external surfaces, taper turning, polishing, threading (metric, inch, module, and DP), as well as drilling and broaching.
The lathe’s low-speed operation makes it an excellent choice for tasks demanding maximum accuracy and operational stability.
Robust Construction
The lathe bed is made of high-quality cast iron, which effectively dampens vibrations—crucial during low-speed machining. Thanks to its hardened and precisely ground bed, the machine offers outstanding resistance to twisting and vibrations, allowing for precise turning even at the lowest spindle speeds.
Advanced Features
Centralized feed switching system, including leadscrew and feed shaft, enables efficient threading operations even at low spindle speeds.
Rapid longitudinal and cross feeds are easily controlled by joystick, facilitating precise machining—especially at low speeds.
Three-axis digital readout (longitudinal, cross, and top slide) with an on-screen display allows for exact control over every machine movement, particularly during low-speed operations.
High-quality bearing system with ball bearings and modern main spindle support ensures stable and safe operation.
