- The robust cast iron bed ensures maximum vibration damping. The bed is also hardened and precision ground. The 300 mm wide bed provides a stable and precise working environment.
- Digital readout operates on three movement axes: longitudinal, cross, and compound slide. Processed electronic signals from optical scales display axis travel values clearly on the digital screen.
- The lathe features a high-quality, reinforced spindle bearing system.
- Optimal performance is ensured by a large 80 mm spindle bore, 250 mm three-jaw chuck, and a powerful 5.5 kW motor.
- Rapid longitudinal and cross feed system significantly reduces machining time and boosts productivity.
- Hardened and ground gears in the spindle gearbox provide long-term operational stability.
- Equipped with both a leadscrew and a feed shaft for threading, as well as automatic longitudinal and cross feed.
- Easy spindle speed and feed adjustment from the ergonomic control panel mounted on the gearbox.
- Wide threading capabilities without the need for change gear replacement: metric (41) 0.1–14 mm, inch (60) 2–112 TPI, module (34) 0.1–7 MP, DP (50) 4–112 DP. Capable of cutting both right- and left-hand threads.
- Thread dial indicator for precise thread pitch tracking, saving time by allowing the operator to disengage and quickly return the carriage to its starting position over multiple passes.
- The bed is fitted with a removable bridge, allowing machining of oversized components such as discs. This lathe model enables turning of workpieces up to 690 mm in diameter with the bridge removed.
