The CORMAK C2131 ATC PREMIUM (2100 x 3200 mm) is a dynamic and precise CNC router built with components from leading global manufacturers. It is suitable for the most demanding tasks and excels in large-scale industrial production.

Machine description
1. Work Table
- Sectional table with FOUR independent vacuum zones, made from rigid and durable HPL panels.
- Each section is equipped with holes supplied with vacuum via a piping system from the vacuum pump.
- Main holes on the vacuum table are fitted with plugs, enabling secure clamping of various material formats.

2. HQD Spindle
- High-quality, brushless spindle from a renowned manufacturer, 9 kW power, inverter driven, with overload protection.
- The milling electrospindle is equipped with an innovative AIR cooling system.

3. Drive System
- Energy-efficient, high-class Leadshine servodrives, 1500W each, with high holding torque (dual drives on Y axis), controlled by a digital NK-105 G3 controller, guaranteeing excellent machining results at high feed rates in all directions.
- Brushless servo motors driving the X and Y axes transfer power via premium planetary gearboxes.
- The Z axis, where positioning accuracy is critical, is powered by a reinforced ball screw.
- The gantry moves along the X and Y axes on HIWIN linear guides and helical racks and pinions, made from high-quality hardened and tempered steel, ensuring years of trouble-free operation.
- Central, maintenance-free lubrication system for key moving parts: carriages and ball screws. This ensures time saving and protection of vital components.
