The CORMAK CL series pulsed cleaning lasers are industrial devices designed for fast, precise, and contact-free removal of contaminants from metal, non-metal, and wooden surfaces. Depending on the application requirements, three power variants are available – CL200, CL300, and CL500 – all based on pulsed JPT MOPA fiber laser sources. This ensures high process stability, a wide range of parameter adjustments, and the ability to work with both delicate components and more demanding surfaces.

CORMAK cleaning lasers effectively remove rust, paint coatings, varnishes, operational deposits, oxides, oil residues, resin, and other tough contaminants. Thanks to adjustable pulse energy, frequency, and duration, the process can be tailored for precise, selective cleaning of molds, dies, tools, and precision components, as well as for efficient preparation of larger surfaces for further processes (welding, painting, bonding). The contactless method minimizes the risk of mechanical damage, microcracks, or substrate deformation.

The use of JPT MOPA sources provides a wide range of frequency and pulse width adjustments, allowing optimal energy density matching to the type of contamination and base material. The long fiber increases the freedom of operation at greater distances from the main unit, which is especially appreciated by users working on large structures, production lines, or components installed on-site (steel constructions, molds, façades, machine components). All models operate at a wavelength of 1064 nm, ensuring high effectiveness on standard industrial materials—structural steels, stainless steels, aluminum alloys, and many other technical substrates.

CL series devices are air-cooled, do not require process gases or abrasives, which simplifies installation, reduces operating costs, and makes the cleaning process more environmentally friendly. High scanning speeds and adjustable beam parameters enable significantly shorter processing times compared to traditional methods such as sandblasting, shot blasting, or chemical cleaning, while ensuring consistent results and superior surface finish after cleaning.
