The BS370H is a robust and reliable semi-automatic bandsaw with miter cutting capabilities from -45° to +60°, featuring hydraulically controlled vice and saw arm. This indispensable machine for any metalworking shop is perfectly suited for cutting tubes, profiles, and solid materials. The blade guides are fitted with special carbide plates and bearings, greatly enhancing blade guidance, longevity, linearity, cutting precision, and quality. Carbide guidance significantly reduces wear on both the machine and the blade. The machine is equipped with a high-performance coolant pump with a closed coolant circuit.

The machine’s drive is transmitted via a worm gear. It features a three-phase motor with two cutting speeds and motor thermal protection. The bandsaw is equipped with a DIAL TENSIOMETER – a blade tension sensor and an automatic shut-off in the event of blade breakage.

The upper part of the base is shaped as a tray for coolant drainage and chip collection during material cutting. The base supports a cast iron worktable with a swiveling arm and control panel located on a separate arm. During the cutting process, the main cutting motion is provided by the moving saw blade, while the feed is achieved by lowering the saw arm. The descent speed of the arm (cutting speed) is adjustable via a hydraulic cylinder.
