15-18kg coffee roaster, drum roaster, runs on propane gas, three-phase power, 3 motors (exhaust, cooling air, drum), gearbox for the drum allows individual adjustment of drum speed; exhaust is controlled via the exhaust motor's RPM, rapid cooling thanks to powerful extraction system, electronically manual controls with touchpad, firewire cable port for connection to laptop/computer for additional profile recording with your own software (Cropster, Artisan), very quiet operation, powerful exhaust, no chipping due to double-walled drum! Additional door for fast emptying; drum is narrower and deeper than competitors' for more even heat distribution; patented agitator in the cooling tray; filling chute flap with weight—keeps hopper closed during roasting.

Only 1,250 roasts completed from late 2019 until now; clean, lubricated, and serviced. Never roasted to 2nd crack so no burnt fat residues. Propane cylinder hoses included with 1 bar pressure regulator and safety valves before the roaster.

Also included is an identical-design 100-800g shop roaster from COFFEETOOL—perfect for small batches, sample roasting, or in coffee shops. I've used it only about 20 times for roasting courses, so LIKE NEW! Also propane-powered, like the larger model, with 3 motors to allow simultaneous roasting and cooling; instead of touchpad, manual rotary dials. Propane hose (Austrian fittings) included with 50 mbar pressure regulator.
