A versatile saw for cutting wood into veneers, laths, and similar products. Workpiece height up to 400 mm. The powerful feed speed ensures very high throughput.

The R800 is a robust saw. Bands of varying widths can be used in the R800. It is equipped with a mechanical feed for the workpiece and is designed to reliably handle heavy-duty main motor loads and high processing speeds (up to 30 m/min). It is possible to use a band with a width of 80 mm. The durable machine frame is made of welded steel plate.

Massive cast iron flywheels ensure maximum efficiency, and the wheels are mounted on dustproof ball bearings. The lower part of the saw blade is specially reinforced, resulting in higher inertia without excessive starting and braking loads. To further improve operational smoothness, the guides are specially ground to maintain careful balance.
