The drive system is hydraulic, supported by positioning and control systems. The machine features its own vacuum pump.

The machine’s modular frame allows for easy retrofitting. Side and front doors in the welding area can be easily opened for simple retooling. The automatic safety lift door offers a high level of operator safety.

Temperature controllers on the control panel display both actual and set values. The operating panel is a Siemens PLC control unit. Machine control is managed via Siemens PLC (S7-300 controller).

Heating elements are equipped with temperature sensors for temperature regulation and serve as safety shutoffs in case of overtemperature. Pin systems in the tool clamping surfaces enable reproducible positioning.
