Condition of the baler:
The baler was previously used exclusively in a production environment for baling cardboard and has been regularly serviced. With only 13,209 operating hours, the machine has seen comparatively low use. The baler has undergone partial refurbishment and final testing in our workshop.

The following refurbishment work was performed:
- Machine cleaned
- Bale retainer freed and lubricated
- Photoelectric sensor renewed
- Twisting unit completely disassembled, all bearings and plastic guides replaced, lubricated, and chain tension adjusted
- Knives and counter-knives removed, sharpened, and reinstalled
- Knife gap re-adjusted
- General maintenance work carried out and grease points serviced

Scope of delivery:
- 1 baler with wire roll boxes, without wire (6850 x 1950 x 2650 mm)

- 1 bale chute (5100 x 1150 x 450 mm)
- 1 wire roll box for floor mounting (1450 x 380 x 360 mm)
A tautliner (curtain side truck) with an effective internal height of 2700 mm is required for transport of the baler.
