Die Linie wurde auf Zuverlässigkeit und hohe Performance ausgelegt und vereint Blasformen, Befüllung, Etikettierung, Verpackung und Palettierung in einem durchgängigen Prozess, der einen Ausstoß von bis zu 16.000 Flaschen pro Stunde erreicht. Dank ihrer Vielseitigkeit eignet sich die Anlage für verschiedene Flaschenformen und stellt eine robuste Plattform für die Industrieproduktion unterschiedlichster karbonisierter Getränke dar. Direkt im Anschluss gewährleistet der Krones Mecafill Isobar-Füller, speziell für kohlensäurehaltige Getränke konzipiert, gleichmäßige Füllstände, stabile Karbonisierung und optimale Schaumbildungssteuerung. Ein Metalldetektor am Füllerauslauf erkennt und separiert zuverlässig Flaschen mit metallischen Verunreinigungen und stellt so die Qualitätskontrolle sicher. Im Prozessbereich ist ein Krones Mixer für die exakte Mischung und Dosierung von Wasser und Getränkesirupen für stille und kohlensäurehaltige Produkte verantwortlich.
