The sorter solution consists of a high-speed processing system with the following features:
• Ergonomically designed manual induction preparation section for two operators, enabling efficient processing:
• 5,000 pieces per hour (pph) in barcode reading mode with one operator. In this mode, product orientation is not required and it is used for the reject processing of parcels back into the Parcel Manager (extreme item types must be oriented).
• 5,000 pph in labeling and OCR mode with two operators. In this mode, the operator must orient and place the product at the edge.
• Automated product gapping with minimal skew
• In-motion weighing and dimensioning
• Top-read, full-piece imaging, omni-directional camera solution with integrated dual barcode reading and OCR address reading software
• High-speed linerless print-and-apply labeling system with stand
• Sorting module consisting of:
• Multiple parcel-sized outputs into 1 meter (39 in.) containers
• Bin confirmation sensors
• Tray label printers
• Overhead system displays for operators

The system is designed to handle throughputs of up to 5,000 pph.

Parcel Specifications
The system can handle various types of parcels, including but not limited to envelopes, corrugated cartons, polybags, cellophane-wrapped boxes, soft packs, and vacuum-sealed products.

The table below specifies the product range for the Parcel Manager system. Feeding limitations include high aspect ratio (the proportional relationship between width and height) and pieces with significantly irregular surfaces. Products can be fed and processed in either portrait or landscape orientation.
