> Sturdy welded-frame construction made from rectangular hollow sections with stop and straightening guide, suitable for solid wood, veneer, and plastic edges.

> Integrated electric heating rod made of durable AL alloy, cross-section 64 x 46 mm, adjustable from 50 - 248°C, power 1200 (1450) watts.

> 4 (6) clamping and pressing units, each with 7-fold ball bearing guidance. Each pressing unit features one clamping and one pressing cylinder; gluing width adjustable via moveable straightening guide from 12 - 105 mm. Edging thickness up to 50 mm for solid wood edges.

> Adjustable counter-stops ensure precise edge overhang.

> The clamping cylinders and counter-stops are equipped with rubber pads. The stop and straightening guide have a special glue-repellent coating.

> The pneumatic pressing units can always be actuated in pairs, with one switch for 'clamping the workpiece' and one switch for 'pressing'.

> Press is mobile with 4 swivel casters, 2 of which are braked.

> The press is equipped with a pneumatic maintenance unit, 3/8" connection, adjustable from 3-10 bar. Electrical connection for heating rods is 230 V, 50 Hz, 1200 (1450) watts.
