The high-resolution Multi Vision inspection system detects even the slightest colour deviations, as well as light and dark colour defects.

The machine is fitted with a new optical sorter, achieving up to 50% higher reject concentration. SpectraVision has been designed to deliver maximum yield.

The newly designed internal full-colour cameras provide excellent colour resolution even for the smallest defects, while new InGaAs cameras take foreign material (FM) detection to a new level.

Innovative ejection algorithms significantly reduce false rejects, and new calibration and tracking algorithms improve machine consistency and minimise false rejections. Default modes and programmes for each product are preset and tested by SORTEX

experts for optimal machine settings straight out of the box.

The user-friendly interface design and individual sensitivity control for each defect make it easy for operators to maintain optimal machine performance.

Machine performance can be monitored from anywhere in the world in compliance with Industry 4.0 standards. Machine setting adjustments are logged and stored in the Bühler Insights system, and the SORTEX monitoring system enables real-time monitoring of sorting performance and emergency alerts.
