The high-resolution Multi Vision inspection system detects even the slightest colour deviations, as well as light and dark colour defects.

The patented PROsize technology sorts products and foreign materials with the same colour as the good product based on size characteristics. The system is equipped with Near Infrared Spectroscopy (NIR) technology for visual

colour analysis. This enables the sorter to detect defective items or foreign objects of any colour, including black. It also allows detection of colour defects.

The machine is fitted with a new optical sorter, achieving up to 50% higher reject concentration. SpectraVision has been designed to deliver maximum yield.

The newly designed internal full-colour cameras provide excellent colour resolution even for the smallest defects, while new InGaAs cameras take foreign material (FM) detection to a new level.

Innovative ejection algorithms significantly reduce false rejects, and new calibration and tracking algorithms improve machine consistency and minimise false rejections. Default modes and programmes for each product are preset and tested by SORTEX
